Everything we remove is carefully sorted and made available for local reuse wherever possible. Some items are donated to charities, while others are offered to individuals who can repurpose or reuse them. Any remaining materials are then separated for recycling, ensuring that landfill waste is kept to a minimum.

If we come across higher-value items, we collaborate with the owner to sell them, with the proceeds deducted from the final bill.

We are fully insured and professionally trained, holding a valid local waste licence as well as certification to handle asbestos when required.

We aim to complete every job as quickly as possible. Our modern fleet of vehicles can carry over 4 tonnes of waste per journey, allowing us to work both quickly and efficiently.

In some cases, tight timelines or access restrictions mean work needs to be carried out outside normal hours. We can plan for this in advance and complete the job at a time that suits your needs.

We can schedule clearances with as little as 24 hours’ notice, while larger jobs typically require three to five business days to arrange.
